Brenda Mize created Smokiesquareone, LLC in January of 2019. She had a vision to help other people and herself through creative real estate. She has bought, renovated, and rented several single family homes. Her tenants are amazing people. She looks forward to assisting more and more families in their pursuit of a nice home to rent or to buy. Brenda particularly enjoys assisting families with home ownership using compassionate financing in the form of rent to own.
